Shoplet Avery Ultra Tabs Repositionable!!

I use a ton of tabs for all of my bookkeeping needs, this helps me with my busy life.

I use a record book for when we rent the condo out on the weekends. These tabs are great for keeping the sections separated. Each color represents a different category in my record book. I also section off my condo book to record renters who have left reviews and those that still need to.

To help me stay organized, I separate my book by the month so I will have a record of all the bookings.

 

 

I use the same method for my Reviews By Kathy record book. So finding good tabs was important for me. Especially since I am a little OCD and need some that are removable so I can continually change them to fit my needs. I have found what works best for me is the Avery Mini UltraTabs. You can write on them even after you have placed them on the paper, they are smudge free so no messes! I use quite a few so I like the mini tabs the best!

You can get these cute mini tabs in a pastel color also!!

I also use the Avery Moveable Tab Dividers to help me keep my records, these work great and are also repositionable! So if I do not like the order everything is in, I can simply remove and place the tab elsewhere.

I like to stay organized and cannot do it without these tabs, they are my lifesavers!! I also only buy my office products through Shoplet. They are my go-to store for all of my Cleaning Supply needs, Medical Supply needs, and Office Furniture needs!

One of my goals this year is to become organized. I have never been a very organized person, even in college, I struggled. I even attended a class on “how to become and stay organized”. I knew this would be a challenge, but what I didn’t realize was that I would actually enjoy it.

I love being organized although I am not a natural organizer. I take ideas from other bloggers and use them. My husband was so happy when he saw my Income Tax Organizer. Each section has a big area to file those needed receipts, paperwork, donations and other important paperwork. You can categorize each compartment by month or label it by what paperwork you are adding. This has been a lifesaver since we have bought and sold a home this year and will need to keep all this paperwork for tax records.

I also love the 3-in-1 SuperTab Folders. These will come in handy for my daughter who is a real estate agent. She claimed them already. Each file is for a customer and she is able to keep all of the paperwork needed for each customer together. She is able to keep everything in one folder but separated so she can have easy access. The teacher in me would and could have used these for each student to keep not only their work but all their information in one folder. There are so many options you could do with these.

It is that time of year again when back to school supplies are abundantly displayed in every store. I like to get an early start on the shopping and this year was a little different because my son who just returned home from 4 years in the Navy is starting college. So one in high school and one in college means more school supplies, we had to wait to find out what all our son would need for his classes. Totally surprising to me,  they don’t give you a supply list like they do in school. Its been years since I was in college, but I wanted to make sure my son had everything he needs.

The PaperMate Mechanical Pencils are awesome to hold, they are the HB #2 so you can use them on those dreaded scan-trons, they are tri-design to fit better in your hand when you have to take the millions of notes needed in college. These come in a set of 5 with eraser. We also got a set of Sharpie Markers 5 colors ultra fine markers. There are a ton of projects he will need to do in the next year and having the materials are going to be essential. Lastly we got what every college student needs, the PaperMate Correction Tape. This glides on smoothly to hide those mistakes! Of course my son thinks he won’t need this! Of course, my daughter who is a senior this year has talked her brother into sharing these awesome items with her!
