By the age of 30, most people have lost some degree of clarity that they used to have in their eyesight. If you have already noticed this, you might be keen to do something about it. After a certain number of years, it is likely that your lungs will start to struggle ever so slightly more than they used to. Such breathing troubles can be tiresome, literally, and can cause you to feel as though you are indeed getting old. But you can help to stave this off for longer in one simple way: make sure that you carry out plenty of cardiovascular exercises while you are young. The more you do that, the healthier your lungs will stay. You should also, of course, avoid smoking wherever possible, as that is just about the worst thing for your lungs that you can do.
