Being in debt is expensive, not only are you paying back what you’ve borrowed but every month you carry a balance, you’re paying interest too. If your debt is out of control, you might find that all you’re able to pay back each month is the interest, and you’re not bringing down the balance at all. Getting out of debt might involve using savings or making cutbacks in your budget, but if it’s out of control you may need to speak to a debt management company. These can speak to creditors on your behalf and work to get interest frozen and repayments reduced to a much more manageable amount. It can mean a huge weight is lifted off your shoulders and you can get your finances back under control. This allows you to start getting other areas of your money sorted again and puts you in a much better position.

 

Claim everything you’re entitled to

Did you know you may have money available to you which you’re not getting right now? If you’re on a low income, have a disability or even are entitled compensation from an accident that wasn’t your fault, it’s important to find out what you’re owed. This can compensate you for time you’ve had to have off work, or help you to make ends meet if you’re unable to work. It’s not always a smooth journey, for example you might need an attorney for disability appeal if you feel you’ve been wrongly rejected but keep at it until you get what’s rightfully yours. 

 

Earn some money from home

Making changes and cutbacks in your budget is always going to be useful, but if you can earn some extra money too then even better. This day in age, it’s perfectly possible to make cash from home, in your spare time and in a fun way. You could start and monetize a blog or YouTube channel. You could become a freelancer and monetize your skills, or you could take on a flexible job as a remote worker in the evenings. All of the money you earn could be used towards debt, to save up or just to make everything a little easier financially. You don’t even need to leave the house, and can hugely improve your situation with money.

Bigger seems to better in today’s society. Whether it’s jumbo TV screens or supersize meals at fast-food joints, everyone prefers more bang for their buck. You might think the same applies when owning a pet, yet it isn’t the case. Small dogs, although little in stature, pack a punch that is impossible to forget once you have one. No, it isn’t just their adorable face and the fact they are incredibly cuddly!

 

Small pooches bring a lot more to the table, stuff you’ll love after you experience it for the first time. So, carry on reading to find out why a small canine is the dogs. There’s even a phrase named after them; that’s how incredible they are!

 

They’re Healthier

 

Now, it isn’t a rule that small dogs are healthier and live longer than big canines. However, it does tend to hold true for the most part, and it’s not hard to see why. With less weight to carry and fewer health issues as a result, they won’t have to go to the vets every couple of months. Even breeds that are notoriously unhealthy can beat the odds if they are small, such as bulldogs. Bred to have a greater stature, a Royal Frenchel is more agile and can breathe more efficiently. As a result, one can live for up to 20 years, which is a lifetime for a bulldog.

Like all dogs, they need love and attention, but they aren’t the features that annoy pet owners. The stuff you don’t enjoy is going out for an hour walk in the dead of winter or fall when it’s freezing and the rain is pouring down. The excellent news is that a small dog doesn’t need the same level of exercise because its body isn’t as big. So, spending all night in the rain can be a thing of the past. That leaves more time on the sofa cuddling with your best friend!

Easy To Move

 

Sometimes pets need to come with you on a road trip or vacation. After all, it might not be feasible to pay for a kennel or to ask a loved one to take care of them for two weeks. For big dog owners, this is a pain as there is never enough room for them in the car or on the plane. Small canine owners don’t blink an eye because little dogs fit into the trunk perfectly. Plus, they don’t require as much food or water, or stops for a walk, meaning you’ll get to your destination quicker without any ‘accidents.’

 

They’re Cheaper

 

Why? It’s because they don’t need as many essentials or accessories. A small dog, such as a terrier, won’t eat as much as a Boxer or Great Dane. Let’s face it – dog food isn’t cheap! Also, there’s grooming to consider. Whether it’s lotions or ointments, a small tube will suffice for a little dog, saving you a considerable sum in the long run.

 

Considering dogs live for decades, who wouldn’t want to cut costs?!
