It is that time of year again when we start getting ready for all those blogging conferences. Of course, I want to make sure I have everything I need with me. That is why I love to turn to Shoplet, they have everything I need and then some!

This year I have made sure to stock up on all the office supplies I will need thanks to Shoplet!!

I will be taking my new Paper Mate Ink Joy pens to use daily for note taking. Also, I will need my new Sharpie Clear View Highlighters to help keep me organized with all the notes I will be taking! I am a list maker and these will  come in handy.

 

I have a habit of waking up and writing my list out of the day’s agenda to help keep me on track. My whiteboard gets used a lot, so these new Expo pens are going to come in handy.  The new 2 in 1 Expo dry erase markers are small enough to write my list with when it is really long.

The awesome new Expo magnetic & eraser markers are simply amazing, I can change my list or add to it without missing a beat. They hang on my board and are handy whenever I need them.

Shoplet Avery Ultra Tabs Repositionable!!

I use a ton of tabs for all of my bookkeeping needs, this helps me with my busy life.

I use a record book for when we rent the condo out on the weekends. These tabs are great for keeping the sections separated. Each color represents a different category in my record book. I also section off my condo book to record renters who have left reviews and those that still need to.

To help me stay organized, I separate my book by the month so I will have a record of all the bookings.

 

 

I use the same method for my Reviews By Kathy record book. So finding good tabs was important for me. Especially since I am a little OCD and need some that are removable so I can continually change them to fit my needs. I have found what works best for me is the Avery Mini UltraTabs. You can write on them even after you have placed them on the paper, they are smudge free so no messes! I use quite a few so I like the mini tabs the best!

You can get these cute mini tabs in a pastel color also!!

I also use the Avery Moveable Tab Dividers to help me keep my records, these work great and are also repositionable! So if I do not like the order everything is in, I can simply remove and place the tab elsewhere.

I like to stay organized and cannot do it without these tabs, they are my lifesavers!! I also only buy my office products through Shoplet. They are my go-to store for all of my Cleaning Supply needs, Medical Supply needs, and Office Furniture needs!

SMEAD Viewables Pocket Label & Mini Stadium File #Shoplet

I received this product for review purposes, although this is 100% my own opinion.

One of my goals this year is to become organized. I have never been a very organized person, even in college, I struggled. I even attended a class on “how to become and stay organized”. I knew this would be a challenge, but what I didn’t realize was that I would actually enjoy it.

I knew this would be a challenge especially for me! I love knowing exactly where I am going to place each paperwork I touch! Rather it is bills or receipts, I now have a spot for them.

I have found that with the right filing supplies, you can get and stay organized. I found that shopping at Shoplet I am able to find all the supplies I need at one place and with great prices!

The first thing I did was organized my paperwork in the office! I used the Viewables Pocket Label to label my files. I have everything labeled and files for them from Bills, receipt to donations files.

 

 

I use the Mini Stadium File to place all my current bills and other items that need to be addressed in that current month.  This is stackable file and works perfectly for envelopes!

This would be great for taxes and to help stay organized all year. Imagine having all of your paperwork together, how easy it would be to file taxes at the end of the year then!!

Emerald Face Tissue & Bath Tissue BPA / Tree / Chlorine Free! #shoplet

Shoplet is my only go to online store.  I love the variety of products they offer from Janitorial Supplies to Medical Supplies. Their products have great prices, easy accessibility and such a vast amount of options it makes my life so much easier! Recently they added the Emerald products to their product line, and as you can see is totally tree, BPA, and chlorine free. I love green living and knowing I am doing all I can to help my grandchildren have the natural resources we do.

 

Living in South Texas has its advantages especially during winter, usually!! This year has been an exception. We had a whole two days of freezing weather, then back to our 70 – 80 winter time weather. Of course, this did nothing for my already aggravated sinus issues. Fortunately, I found the best product for my allergies, Emerald Tissues! These tissues are a life saver for me, these tissues are made of bagasse, bamboo, eucalyptus and are BPA free, chlorine free, USDA Biopreferred, compostable, and biodegradable.

Emerald Bath Tissue is 2 ply tissue that is extremely gentle and soft. I love how thick it is, and especially knowing I am using green living products! This tissue is especially good to use with a septic tank since it is made with gentle material. We use it with our RV, no stress over damaging our pipes.

I suffer from chronic sinusitis and have to be really careful with products I use. The Emerald’s Face Tissue is by far the best I have found! Not only is it safe for me to use but it is so soft and gentle on my nose. It is so safe to use, I don’t mind using it on my grandson’s little noses.  With my crazy allergies having something made with only natural products is a must. I am so happy to have found this!

Shoplet Cleaning Gloves and Instant Swivel Wheels – Chicken & Dumplings Recipe

Today is the first day of Winter and it definitely feels like it outside. I love this time of year because I get to make all of my favorite foods. The only downfall is because it is so cold out, I am stuck inside more and find things to clean, like my blinds.  This year I found an awesome product to help get those blinds cleaned in no time, Cleaning Gloves. You simply wear the gloves and wipe down those dusty blinds and you are done. I love how great they work and how fast they clean. You can throw them in the wash and reuse over and over!

The other downfall is having to haul the plants to somewhere safe during the harsh winter weather. This year we used the Instant Swivel Wheels to move our pots around. Not only did we save time, but we saved our backs! These can be used for anything heavy that you need to move and work great.

Best part about this cold day is I am making my favorite Bisquick Chicken and Dumplings.

 

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup frozen green peas and carrots

1 cup chopped onion

1 cup chopped celery

1 cup cut-up cooked chicken
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed creamy chicken mushroom soup
1 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
1/3 cup milk
Paprika, if desired

Directions

  • 1 Heat 1 1/2 cups milk, the peas and carrots, chicken, celery, onion and soup to boiling in 3-quart saucepan, stirring frequently.
  • 2 Stir Bisquick mix and 1/3 cup milk until soft dough forms. Drop dough by 8 spoonfuls onto chicken mixture (do not drop directly into liquid). Sprinkle with paprika.
  • 3 Cook uncovered over low heat 10 minutes. Cover and cook 10 minutes longer.

Sanford Bundle Back to School Supplies Review

It is that time of year again when back to school supplies are abundantly displayed in every store. I like to get an early start on the shopping and this year was a little different because my son who just returned home from 4 years in the Navy is starting college. So one in high school and one in college means more school supplies, we had to wait to find out what all our son would need for his classes. Totally surprising to me,  they don’t give you a supply list like they do in school. Its been years since I was in college, but I wanted to make sure my son had everything he needs.

The PaperMate Pens are amazing, I got 8 colored pens with ultra smooth ink. One color for each class or to keep him organized in his calendar. The PaperMate Mechanical Pencils are awesome to hold, they are the HB #2 so you can use them on those dreaded scan-trons, they are tri-design to fit better in your hand when you have to take the millions of notes needed in college. These come in a set of 5 with eraser. We also got a set of Sharpie Markers 5 colors ultra fine markers. There are a ton of projects he will need to do in the next year and having the materials are going to be essential. Lastly we got what every college student needs, the PaperMate Correction Tape. This glides on smoothly to hide those mistakes! Of course my son thinks he won’t need this! Of course, my daughter who is a senior this year has talked her brother into sharing these awesome items with her!

3M Monitor Stand and Gel Wrist Mouse Pad – Shoplet

I love love love Shoplet products. I am so excited to review their Adjustable Monitor Stand and Mouse Pad with Gel Wrist Rest. First let me brag on the Monitor Stand. I have to check my computer probably every 30 minutes a day. To make sure I don’t miss an important email or post something by the due date. So having this Adjustable Monitor Stand has saved my back. I can now decide if I want to sit or use it standing up which is my preference since i am usually on the go. This is heavy duty and works great with even my laptop, not just a desktop monitor. They have a ton of office supplies,  cleaning supplies, 3M (which are some of the products i am reviewing today), medical supplies, and office furniture.  This amazing adjustable monitor stand can be used multi ways and saves my back from sitting to long!

I would also like to brag about my new Mouse pad with gel wrist rest. As a person with carpal tunnel this works amazing to help my nightly pains in my wrists and hands. I have noticed a huge improvement since using this mouse pad. It feels really comfy and makes my job as a blogger a lot easier! I can sleep at night without out being wakened up with my wrist and hands feeling numb. Check out this mouse pad with gel wrist rest!
